Yes...demonstrate that it is more cost effective compared to 40vol on urine and blood.

Just looking at the msds and site it doesn't appear that the product would have much cleaning ability beyond that of the peroxide.
So what I meant was how much is it? If it is considerably more expensive (idk) than Cobbs brightener/40vol which work fine on urine and blood why would I choose to use it?
Except maybe in a restoration situation where the higher volume peroxide may be beneficial.

We use the Serum 1000, works pretty good for mold remediation. We also use it for blood on biorecovery work. I've never heard of the Carpet &Upholstery version but the 1000 is a good product.

wonder the price we use the heck out of urine eraser from vac a way its 22 bucks a gallon and it works very well

The label says (SIX times!) to use ONLY hot water, no detergents to extract. Will something bad happen? Folks who run a detergent rinse can't use it?
used in the same way I use the 40 vol.
for pet areas I add some multiphase deo to it.
the 40 vol has the stableizers , levelers etc just like cobb mentions.
I assume it's just marketing on his part to get a higher price as is this product to mention the levelers etc .
