hey guys fixing some pumps to get them out before i leave for holiday

you guys have to check these things

If you don't when the Bering goes it can take out the motor and pump and can be real expensive fix.

Just to add to Terry's idea.

The ball bearing is sealed with grease,
but the outer race of the bearing pushes the plunger back and forth.

It needs some high-temp grease after 200 hrs or so.

I can't figure out why they haven't put a grease fitting on the pump head.

I always have to take off the pump from the motor just to grease it.

Seems like a Duh moment.
