Joe, knowing that you are new to the game I really hope you are using Service Monster, you may not need to utilize the reminder cards yet but by all means, PLEASE collect email addresses and try using just the Thank You cards with some of your business cards and Cleaning Bucks included.

We use servicemonster, I've been curious to try the extras they have to offer.

The same thought has passed my mind about the "Eco" name. It's very common now and can be easily confused by consumers. Since it can be attached to basically any word. Uggh... You live and learn right?

There is a new name that is on the horizon for 2014.
