Service Monster?? Complaints? 4 trucks?

Anyone have any complaints about this program? Anyone using it for 4 trucks? 1300.00 a year sounds a little high when I already have programs to accomplish the same tasks for no monthly fee. It does seem to be the best all around program I have seen just looking at the vids on their website.

I've ran it for two occasionally. It's way neAto how it tracks commissions for each tech.

We were running four trucks on service monster during the summer. no problems. Each route can be individually printed with notes and all the goodies. super easy in my opinion.

I run 4 routes and the only gripe I have (well almost) is you can't just hit an email button on the route packets to send them to the techs.

Major pain to save route packet as a PDF and then attach it to an email 4 times a night.

Will save me a few precious minutes when they get that going.


And the email needs to come from MY program so I can use my address book.
