Make sure you get on the 8 step program and create the copy you want your custys to read. Make it your own but listen to Joe because he's a smart guy
Just play around with it. create a false account and look into all the things you can do with it. Remember to get the pets names and list it in the customer profile.
Remember to get ALL the info you can and don't forget the email addresses.
Learn how to export them to Constant Contact or another email blast service and do a monthly newsletter to your customer.
The biggest and best trick is to get Full Circle to answer you phones and let them do the scheduling on
Service Monster.
You will waste time doing it yourself.
