ServiceMonster - feedback on program

Hey there! We are new to MikeysBoard. We are in the need of a new Cleaning/Restoration program to help run our business. The program we have now is about to kill us. Not user friendly, no support, .....

Would love to get some feedback on Service Monster. Did the free trial with them on the phone yesterday and liked what I saw but wanted feedback from some individuals that have actually used it.

Hey Kevin do a search here for past posts and you will find a lot of comment about Service Monster. Most seem very pleased with it.

Great program. I use it in all my areas.
You will need to search it like Dave said to find more "reviews" and feedback.

Remember to look into Full Circle as well. The go hand in hand for my company.

And a really good thing is they KEEP updating. It's online, flexible, for our industry, user friendly with answering services like Full Circle, tracks your accounts and prints reports, invoices etc.

Can't beat it.

Service Monster has one of the best customer support I've seen. Been very happy with them, even had a marketing session with Joe today.

Thanks for the responses. I have been very impressed with Customer Service. Everything I've asked them if they could do, they can. All responses have been very quick. Excited about checking it out.
