I don't know anything other than what is posted online but I've inferred that Joe is out (could be wrong).
I don't really care one way or the other (aside from wishing him the best), just slightly concerned if there was a major shakeup or sale to private equity (or who knows what else) and what that might potentially mean for users.

We got a call from Service Monster a few months ago saying that they had been acquired be a new company. They were trying to get us to come back and said that they had a lot of capital to work with and would be updating many outdated things.
We demoed it for a month and nothing changed. We are sticking with Markate for now.

I was using Quick Books the entire time I used ServiceMonster. I’m only using Quick Books now.
