Dear ServiceMonster Users,

Tonight we will be making our move from Microsoft Azure to Amazon. The move will take place between 9pm and 4am tomorrow, PST.

ServiceMonster will be inaccessible while the move is taking place but we will be up and running Friday morning. As a precaution, or if you anticipate needing access to your information earlier in the morning, you may wish to print your route packets and export your schedule in advance.

To print your route packets, go to the Scheduling tab, then click on "Print." Your route packet criteria will be displayed on the page and you may check or un-check the boxes to include any information you want to print. Then click "Print Route Packet" to begin printing.

After our move to Amazon is completed you should see no change in service, but you may need to reconfigure your browser’s security settings on Friday.
