Hey Damon Genny is getting a new shark on warranty. She was trying to fix. It and they said it's under warranty. It's a few years old and no extra coverage.
It's the same one that Mike had trouble with a while back.

I am shocked. All we had to do was cut the cord in front of them on video call. They walked Genny through all the trouble shooting steps too.

I complained about a Shark, AND YOU REMEMBER IT?

SuperStoner to the rescue!!
I remember a lot of things you have said. And Fred and Jim and Richard and Larry...
The brush motor wouldn't start on yours like ours. Bob and I laughed that you probably didn't turn it on.

But their warranty is better than best buy and no additional cost.

That's what failed on a couple of mine.
and some of the latching hardware is "less than robust" not conducive to crew abuse.

I'm back to cheap Bissells.
gone to bagged versions since the Momentum model has long since been discontinued

They aren't built for the long haul but they would work well until they wore out. At that point we just bought another.

In the old days we would spend a ton fixing our Sanitares. Then you had a rebuilt old machine. These are 1/3 of the cost and you have a nice unit until it breaks. Then you get another.

that’s what I said
Only idiots spend more than a couple hundred on a vac
Better yet, spend $50 on a bissell bagger

they suck as good and last as long as any throw away vac
(Shark and the rest of the plasti-vacs)
And you can a new one every month too!

And Mardie, I don’t do dishes, but I do like a nicely vac’d nylon.
So I make sure Joni has the best

(I do change the bags for her, cause I’m nice guy)

We had one break down. Called them on Tuesday and received the new one at no charge that Friday.
No need to buy a warranty.
