Thats Richard in Spokane. He is the previous owner of my Miss Hildy..
had a complete Moore system installed in the early 90's His family has been in rugs for years. I believe his uncles family has their own cleaning and sales company there also.

Richard knows his stuff, not bad at marketing either. Most plants Ken's, Brians etc all do some sort of mail service for their clients.. I know it is less costly for me if I need a repair to ship UPS back and forth compared to 2 times 3.5 hrs travel to Seattle and my clients love the service.

Unless you live in the prarie states, there is probably a really good cleaning company somewhere in your region. Unless the rug needs very specific service you probably don't need to send across the country.

That being said, we clean a lot of rugs that are shipped in from Alaska, and have sent a Navajo rug or two to Denver for repair.
