Shopping for Workers Compensation provider

I’ve been with The Hartford for 4 years for my workers compensation policy. Is there anyone happy with their insurance company?

Also, does anyone not have it and why not? I’ve been told in Texas you don’t need it, but I’m not of the same thinking, but after paying my premium yesterday - I’m frustrated. Never a claim and policy continues to cost more each year and not a 2-5% jump, I could live with that, but 20%.

Amy find an Insurance Broker. He will shop it with many companies and find you the best deal possible.

I also think a broker and shop them every few years too.
