Should we advertise these jobs or just brag about them to our geeky forum buddies?

Conquered this one today. I don’t think it’d target the crowd I want to target, so I figured I’d leave it off of Facebook.

I know there's still heavy yellow staining left over on that. But for a rental, I was done after my process of vacuuming, spraying with acid on piss, rinsing it out, spraying my normal stuff, crb like crazy, HWE.

He’s not exaggerating. I was out working on the boat and overheard two mosquitos arguing.

“Let’s eat him here” said one, “if we take him back to the nest, the big ones will get him!”

Matt, I think it depends on what type of customer you want to cater too. I personally don't post pictures of nasty jobs on my pages because I don't want price shoppers and meth heads calling me. Higher end customers want to see higher end experience. I have no problem sharing my urine fun filled days and crime scene nastiness with the online rockstars.

Just my most valuable opinion.

I would've walked out..
No need to walk out when you charge double. I've cleaned this several times over the last 10years from the same property manager. So why should I walk if they have always given me business and not complained when I tell him, "it's gonna be twice the norm$$$". ?

you need a 360BH.
Would the 360bh have made it look better or got the job done faster? Because I don't see it going any faster than my 15" wand, and the crb took so much crap out.

And for some of you who would've used a 175 on this with a brush or pad...I've never seen my 175 with a brush pull up more hair balls like a cat than my crb has pulled up. On this job, I think it would've still looked like crap if I didn't use the crb.

I don't see the 360bh doing much more than what a 175 and wand could do. It seems that the benefit would just be saving time if you don't want to use a crb

One day jr. you'll learn...

It's like going from a trailer to a box truck....:stir: You just don't understand it until you try it... I agree the crb pulls a lot of crap out, but the RE tools will always pull more sh!t out than a wand would....! And that's a fact!:winky:

Matt, nice job. Here is a video I made of a carpet that was just as bad, if not worse, than the carpet in your pic. Check out how much crap my Rotary got out, even after prevac and crb. It was amazing.

When my shoulder starts acting up more, I’ll open the wallet for one. Until then,

360bh and you won't look back

Don't pay sticker price either ... at least 15% retail

Or call Rotovac direct and ask for an "open box" special

You'll get a great deal and it will be new

Listen to the Boyle........ It also depends on your pricing as well.... If it's $99 whole house specials I wouldn't spring for it either....

I trusted you guys enough to stock up on my stash that’s making my job not a job. I’ll be checking out the “open box” deal very shortly

That's what I like about the Royal. Just change the bag, turn it on while there's no bag in it to blow out the funk, install a new bag, and go do the next job. No foul odor. IF there is...just turn the orange bag inside out and leave it out in the sun one saturday, and BOOM! funk all gone.

We're carpet cleaners. People hire us to clean dirty carpet. You've got the good and the bad
