Another killer day.

Last one 3000 Sq ft at. 38 cents per Sq foot.

And this job was preapproved last October in their budget....and they did shop around....

We came in higher, but our reputation was a big plus (Very thankful by the way )

Did the job....with a prevac...in just under 2 hours....but also, their custodial crew had done a prevac the day before, so not too bad...

Another group of cleaners call BULL on the price....so, I took a pic....

Tomorrow, another full resort with 11 cabins (not as big as yesterday's) and the lodge, then 3 more large "just have to have it tomorrow" Jobs....

This job was about 45 minutes north of us in the Boon Docks....again...
2 Butler High Heat truckmounts, 2 Zipper wands, 2 rather skilled Northern MN cleaning hicks....

They consider us a service...and everything is taxed including labor....not separation of the labor expense...

Even other services such as lawn mowing, etc.....they have to charge tax on all too....now other services such as auto repair, break out the labor....
