simplest easiest accounting program??

I am wanting an accounting program that is very easy to use. has the ability to print checks, stores pictures of invoices. basically you click an entry and everything pops up, it would be nice if it could print invoices and keep track of sales too, does such a thing exist???

Both Quicken and Quickbooks can do that.

Advice---Get a great young accountant or experienced bookkeeper and have him set up your books for you. Have him/her do your taxes and keep you out of trouble. The IRS is the last person you want to Piss off. They penalize you and will harass you to no end if you get on their wrong side.

Quickbooks Pro hands down is the best thing you will ever use for your business.

And every accountant can work with it as well.

Seriously, no point in getting anything else.

I've spent several years with Peachtree, and is a good program, but having used Quickbooks Pro for the last 5 years it's a much better choice.

As everyone mentioned any account can set you up and keep you going easy.

Hey, even I can (kinda) use Quickbooks. That says a lot.

I use QB pro for banking and AP and AR etc
I use Service Monster for tracking and scheduling customers
Full Circle for more than just an answering service.

express invoice has worked great for me....and i did all my crap by hand

or look for it on download.com....the invoice only one is a freeware i believe...he others are reasonably priced
