We are in between Fires and thought this would be a good time to get in some WDR training.

We tend to focus on the technical too often, this afternoon's focus was customer relations.

Wanting them to understand how traumatized the homeowner can be.

What to say, what not to say and to have some compassion for these homeowners and not take it as routine.

We've been planning it for a month but just keep putting it off because we were busy.

This afternoon they will go over paperwork and then Thermal Energy drying.

It's gone well so far, well at least no one has fallen asleep!

I don't buy them anything fancy, they will lose them during the winter, but at least they all match.

I buy 3-dozen and give them the first hat and gloves free, after that $3.00, they cost me $6.00 in bulk, but I really want to keep them warm and dry, or they will end up sick and off work.

We also furnish heavy winter coats with good size hoods too.

Then before winter we will have a nurse come in and give Free flu shots to all that want one.

It helps some.
