Although we have intentions of slowing our business right down, we don't intend stopping.

We'll be happy to work only 4 - 5 days a week, starting NEXT YEAR.

To get this project underway, I have recently purchased the last of the equipment that we will be using in our "NEW" venture, a Rotovac CFX-15 portable.

Below is a pic of what I will be using for SMALL HWE cleaning of carpets & upholstery.

Equipment listed below is not shown.

I will still be using encapsulation as well when necessary with my Oreck & Carpet Gem (Argonaut) for carpet, plus my Makita Variable Speed Polisher & an Orbot Micro orbital dual driver tool to clean stairs and upholstery.

Pre-spray will be via my FlexiPro battery powered sprayer.

Also, I will still be attending to small carpet repairs via traditional methods ( bonded inserts, etc; ) :winky:, as well as dye replacement for bleach marks, (spot dyeing), stain removal & leather care.

We do have a specific market that we will be targeting in this "NEW" venture. :headscratch:

I'd appreciate any helpful comments on my choices.

Thanks in advance.

get a brush head and ditch that mytee wand for a Mach12.

Brush head is under the ShearDry.

That PMF Mach 12 sure is a nice looking wand.
But I think it may be too long for a short fella like me & the places I envisage cleaning in.
I was unable to find the actual length og the Mach 12

The length is a big consideration, that's why I went with the Mytee.

Price down under for the PMF is AU$1179.00
Then probably another AU$50.00 to get it to me.

Friday we had a replacement water truck nearly make it out of the yard before the crew called back and said it was running again.

I think it just flooded after shutting down from a full tank. They checked the harwell and it was good. Should have been ok but we needed them running. Thankfully the called back and said it was back up.

I don't ever want them to feel bad for calling me.

I've already made most of the mistakes they may face, and by cheerfully helping them learn to troubleshoot there's no need for them to make my 1997 mistakes all over again.
