Jun 21, 2010 #4 C carpetcleaner Guest TM HWE only? I don't know of any small ones. There are quite a few CBR/VLM franchises that are just popping up around here. Oxyfresh is the one that comes to mind. I just saw a list of 7-8 different ones that were featured in a lower cost franchise article.
