On my 870 there is an unused coolant port. They cover it with a rubber nipple. Mine just cracked a few weeks ago. Luckily it just started to leak a little. Since it's unused I would suggest you take out the port and replace it with a plug. The rubber used isn't the same quality as the hoses so while they are still soft and supple it was dry and hard. Honestly I didn't even know it was there. I would check my machine if it's coolant. Other machines might also have it.
