The light Cobb sent me is not showing urine on my Smart strand at home now this job im at right now and in both cases I know its there..

It does that on some carpets sometimes, than I just move to the labor intensive method of poking the carpet every 6 inches w/ the hydrosensor 2.

sometimes the bloom shows up sometimes not, have that little blue overpriced (I hear DriEz use to give them away) moisture meter in yer back pocket; has never failed me on finding the spots. Luv to have a powerful new UV light if just to have a new gaget but I've found over and over and over many blooms of bacteria don't show up till I whip out the moisture meter.

Blacklights are worthless on poly most of the time. I have a hard time with one of my accounts that has 500 units all polyester. The wet check only works half of the year when the relative humidity is high. It makes it damn hard to pinpoint the problem areas if the tenant has made some attempt of cleaning the surface.
