No crushing here, I could lift those mats and it would the same, 3 dogs on it all day long.

Pull out those mats, clean it, and lets see the difference... If someone is going to pay 1,500-2,000 a month for rent it has to not show any wear like nylon. I have rentals going on 8-10 years with nylon with this new stuff I can't see it going more then 4 before it is unexceptable to the new tennant..
