So a guy buys a house!

There’s no water on do you have water?

I say yes I do, then ask how many rooms?

He says, I think 3 bedrooms and a living room.

I haven’t seen it, I need it done right away we’re moving in Thursday.

So I drive out there about 20 miles open it up and I don’t think he’s moving in Thursday.

It had no power either, and the carpets are piss riddled.

I tried getting a hold of him because he gave me his credit card number to just go do it.

I was like you can’t fix this!

My helper says, “ boss we can add a lot of gasoline throw in a match, that should brighten it up a bit.”

We left, he called 30 minutes later. I emailed him pictures texted him pictures.

So he could see what he bought at auction.

I don’t think no matter who cleans it would help. it’s gonna need new sub Floor new flooring.

Like my helper said burn it.

I gave him a number of a good flooring specialist.

Oh ya I went home and took a shower.

Once I got there and saw it, first thing I did was call him and email him, I waited 20 minutes before I left.

The price was gonna be more to do it and I needed him to understand how limited the results would be.

He called me after I drove 25 miles back to my house. I wasn’t gonna drive back there after that and contaminate my equipment.

The real thought here was, I new he hadn’t seen it in person.

The results would’ve have been mediocre at best and the reek of urine contamination magnified by what ever fragrance I added to it.

Then this Yelper takes pics and blasts me online to kingdom come!

I just worry to much. So I ran like a flock of seagulls.
