Would you mind sharing about how Hagopian has dealt with "the change" so far?

There really haven't been too many changes as of yet. As I told you before Ken wasn't involved in a lot of the day to day activities, so short term we haven't had to absorb too much of what he did.

The real changes will happen this winter when it's slower for us.
