The V is gone...

end of an era if you ask me.

No more "let me go look at mine and I'll call you backs"..
I might as well go buy a Thermal Wave if I plan on staying in business.

So why a TWave?

New or used?
Not worried about parts seeing how SS is killing off the line?

Have you Dual'ed with it yet?

Has a client noticed the change in suck mops?

Can you picture yourself having Les Jones doing a Project Blue Book yet?
Will you be celebrating Xmas this year with the family in the box admiring the light show in back of the TW?

What is the truck and box?

What the hell are you going to do with all that space other then when it's Xmas that is?

waring a Kevlar vest to work these days?

yep.the old girl is gone.....some say it is the end of an era....and some say it is the end of an error....either way it served me well and did what I needed it to do...but like I said....I don't miss it at all.....

I have kept all my information and pictures of everything I have done with the V...I am sure sooner or later they will all be filed back some where like the pictures of the CDS in case someone needs something.....

When I got word that the thermal wave was going to be for sale....Like I did with the Vortex..I put everything that everyone has said away and checked into thing for myself.....happy with what I learned and went for it....so far....it is living up to what i was told it can do....it is just like running the vortex...only much better....

It is new and the truck and the machine is still under full warranty.....as with the vortex.......parts are always somewhere.....and there is always some one who can help out.....plus I like to dig in and learn how things tick anyway..although this will be a learning curve...in time I will have it down.........

I have not had to dual wanded with it yet...but I am pretty sure that if and when I do it will give me what I need......

No one has noticed that I have changed anything....dry times are still the same and cleanings have not changed one bit....

no plans for Less .....

the truck is a chevy C4500W....Isuzu engine...drives like a luxury car....(unlike the UD the thing drove like a log wagon) the truck has power to spare......its hard not to get all emotional being able to climb hills and keep up with traffic.....I am not sure who made the box....but the thing is very well made....braced every where and solid....the back doors are built way better the the UDs.....

vest is on order.........

Jim - I thunk you would have taken a stab at one of the newer used AT's floating around. With as much knowledge as you have with those set ups, AT would have put you on a small retainer to keep them updated.

Is it true that the machine will be reintroduced by its new owner as the Nortex?

I'd guess that new owner is North Texas Machine and Tool out of Wichita Falls Texas?

Jim, you went the same route I've gone. I had my experimental Vortex that I fought with for several years....with not nearly as much success as you've had.

I've had a Blueline Bluewave now for several years.....has about 2700 hours on it. Other than normal wear and tear nothing has really gone wrong with it....knock on wood. Also got the water pond so I have electric reels. I had it in a van but now have a small box truck.

I couldn't be happier with my setup. I've never had problems getting parts for the Bluewave...and i don't think I will.

Congrats on the new unit.

Re: sO jIM maRTIN..Hey Curt

You got some extra room in that box truck for some chicken coops so the smell can remind you of Burlington??? Helen an I were just talking about how it has grown in the past 23 that we have been here. I believe they have a spicey clothing shop likee Victoria's in the place where your house was if remember what you told me.

Happy Sucking

How do you NOT have a fresh tank onboard....the truck is big enough and then some. I couldn't see NOT having one in a regular van let along that rig.

If I get to the point as to where I really think it is important..... then I have a 150 gallon tank and pump sitting in my shed waiting for me to drop it in..but at this point in time I have not seen a good reason to put it in there.......

I guess it depends on your area.

Problem is, when it comes time to need it....You won't have it right then until you put it in.

Lol. I hear ya.

I'm just a stickler for covering my arse when I can.

You know, what if the water line breaks for the entire neighborhood etc etc etc.

I'm sure you know what you're doing.

Why do you want to start getting people all paranoid about parts for BLUEline machines? We continue to have every part for them in stock ready to ship as well as most Prochem parts for that matter. Regarding the ThermalWave it is still in production so no concerns there. I k shiteatinggrin now you are just kidding here because you know better than most that we are doing exceptionally well as a company and taking market share while the big guys are struggling to try to keep up. shiteatinggrin

PS Thanks Jim for choosing a ThermalWave, you have our number anytime we can help.

I spent a lot of time with the new TW and it is a very sweet machine!!! The heat on the new one is amazing! The HP unit could hold 220 with a pressure washing wand at 1500 psi !
Very good choice Jim.

Congrats Jim, setup looks sweet and lots of room! I looked at Thermalwave, but chose a Sapphire 454 because of the space savings(extended chevy)and went with a water pond. I am very happy so far,(350hrs) I have plenty heat, vac. Man if I had a box truck like yours I think I'd put 2 454's in there!
Take care!
