Looking around, there are so many choices of TnG cleaners. From Hazardous Fire to secret mixes. Which is the best? Looking for TnG cleaner that simply spray on and rinse off. One that melts the grime almost instantly yet gentle on the gout.
Hate to buy bucket after bucket of these things only to find out the results are mediocre
Anyone giving out samples?

No such thing as gentle and yet spray and rinse-able.

I still think of Oxy Blaster as gold standard for TNG.
2790 is the most aggressive product out there but too much risk for me to give my crews. It and 1500 psi will most of them time get you out of prescrubbing.

We use Flex Or Saiger's or any other high pH carpet prespray and get great results 90% of the time. Acid or a ss brush fix the other 10%

Mikey is correct. To get even colored grout lines . . . .

We prespray PowerMax 1st,

and then sprinkle our Powder Brightener (hi pH peroxide) on the dirty grout lines.

Brush it in quickly to distribute the oxidizer in the grout lines.

Allow 10-15 minutes, and rinse with Turbo Hybrid at appropriate pressure.

P.S. There are a few cases where the high pH is required.
We can discuss those special situations.

Also a acid to etch a little if necessary.

The soil is no different than the soil on carpet. So...do what the pig man said to do
