So the agent tells the customer I wouldn't turn the claim in if I were you. He told them "it will just raise your premiums and that could be an increase that affects you for the next three years."

How much sense did that statement make? Don't turn in any losses (the reason you have insurance) but keep paying those premiums!

I can see not wanting to turn in small claims that makes sense to handle what you can on your own, but this was more than that!

It was a multi-level loss with wet structural materials. :shock:

We did get the work but only because we showed her with a Thermal Camera the scope of what all was actually affected.

Thats crazy!

I had just had an adjuster tell the H.O. "make sure they do less, than more".

How about if we just do the right amount?

He wants me to leave compromised material behind kitchen cabinets
