9 month old Saiger dog

Been cleaned three times now by local hot water extraction guy who makes all the spots go away but they reappear within 5 days so I am the fourth try upon recommendation by their daughter who's used me many times..

What are your expert eyes telling you what's really going on and what would be your fix for the problem

The first picture the carpet looks beat up and worn out. Possible replacement candidate.

The second picture looks like Jim mentioned, a resoiling issue. Something isn't rinsed or neutralized and is attracting soil.

Prespray spots heavy with a non detergent acid such as Ultrachem Labs Neutralizer. Let dwell 10 minutes then rinse with a neutral pH extraction detergent. Vacuum extra well, maybe put a couple of dri-pods on it.

All I can tell you is what I would do if I happened upon that job and the only info I had was the dumbass info you gave us.

I’d pretreat with Soap Daddy’s Bio-8 and Rinse with my 360i.

Most likely it would fix the problem.

However, since this is most likely another shill thread to promote pad cleaning and Tops prespray products, I’ll leave you to your sales and expect you’ll indicate my approach is all wrong.

I presprayed with Silver Solution and rinsed with AFR.

the Dev window told me where to spend more time rinsing.

They're Jdubs so I'm sure ill hear about it if it wicks, again

whatever was spilled there isn't getting flushed out (or can't be flushed out normally due to beyond the backing)

sell 'em some poker chips .
so when the pre-spray makes them disapear, they'll know where more flush is needed

You need to black lite the room .
Take a picture.
When you return compare old, versus current...
Now with smart phones.
Easy.
I used to use graph paper.
Measuring tape,black lite
Draw the room.
Mark where they were.
If I came back an found new glows.
Well owner not letting pet out
Hence new spot an fresh odor.
Speaking of blacklisted what's considered the best now.
I had butler version .
An a high watt ballast bulb.
But bringing room darkeners helps for daylight .
Cut up some black trash bags, blue painters tape.
Impress on the inspection.preclean...
Just woke, have yet to read above comments.

everyone thinks they just magically reappear when in reality Fido made new spots!
That's what I was insuating.

Not only is their product causing wicking it's causing the new spots to look worse than just the pee.

The spots have an oily look. When I see that I recommend cleaning spots with a mild solution of dish soap first. Blot it of course then follow with white vinegar and water.
Leave a damp towel on the spot weighted down over night.

The spots wick into the towel.

Some do it some don't.

I always tell people that if I treat the spots and soon as I leave Fido will .............remark......the areas again.

That is why people call someone new to clean again.

It's their problem and they must understand that their dog is the culprit.

40 vol has done wonders for me
