I sent the elves all the way to Rome, GA to do an emergency job for a woman who lost her father on Sunday. In the South when a death occurs company shows up with food, Kleenix and lots of sitting around reminiscing, so a clean house matters a lot.

So, I figured this would make a good test venue for the Zipdri TS. The elves did all the usual prevac and de-clutter, then sprayed and scrubbed using the Zipdri and our CRB machine, the Nacecare DP420. They also loaded the solution tanks of the DP420 with the same mixture, to flush and clean the heavy stains and traffic zones.
One of the advantages of encapping is that you can scrub, recover and abandon all at once; it is hard to screw up!

Here are a couple of pictures and the texted elf comments:

Samantha- "I thought it worked really really well, it got out spots that I thought wouldn't have ever come out. . "

Jerick- "They were very pleased, so much so the wife gave a hug and asked if we did normal flooring in which I told her whatbi could and advised her to call you go more information. She was almost in tears she was so happy, which I just went ahead and gave them a 20% discount of the main price so ad twenty percent to what the price was minus the fuel charge of 45 and that's what it would have been. I love that new encap BTW it did wonders. Live Laugh Love"

The pictures are oriented 90 degrees apart and the window light looks like a rug spot, but in this case their old dog had puked and been incontinent as well as the usual traffic lines. What the elves said was that the Zipdri cleaned those stains like a peroxide product, but also removed the soils well and they liked that it leaves protectant behind.

Looks like we may just have to keep a bottle or three on hand!

I specifically asked about the smell. Apparently they thought it is "wonderful."

As long as it doesn't smell like someone crapped a pine tree...
