I get an email June 11th that a product I've heard about will be available to ship in 5 weeks. I pre order this product the same day and wait 5 weeks and then check online on the company website that if you buy it, you should have it by July 31st. Well, that has come and gone and now it is suppose to ship by Aug. 9th. I'm beginning to wonder if I really want to support a company like this. I feel like maybe the preorders are paying for the production of the product and everyone is left waiting. So, How long would you wait?

You evidently have great patience. They missed one deadline and have given you another. If I really wanted the product I'd wait to the 9th. If it goes beyond that I'd get my money back.

New products can take long to come to market. Outselling the preorder is also something that could have happened. ???

I have no patience. I want it NOW! If I can't get it now, I'm buying something else.
