Fat again.
I did set up a gym with weights, weight bench and elliptical but apparently I don't have the self discipline to work out at home.
The gym was my good habit. Need it to open soon.

As much as I love hiking, it doesn't give me the workout the treadmill does. I've had to discipline myself to go running every day, even if I've hiked for miles earlier or later. It just doesn't do the same thing.

And I'm with Bob on exercising at home. Its darn hard to motivate myself as opposed to having everything available at the gym and no distractions.

I don't think I'm gaining much weight....I do know that for some reason I'm shrinking all my clothes though... :lol:

Anytime He’s ready to take me, I’m good to go. However, I really need to make certain Brady ends up with the business before then. I’m going to talk to my attorney about this soon. Otherwise, he may strangle his Mother out of workplace anger.
