Is anyone using Camelot software. How is it working? What are some of the other programs out there

I've used Camelot in the past.

Service Monster is the best thing out there for Customer scheduling, tracking etc.

Mistral from Cyclone Solutions works great.
Been usingit since 99. I carry a laptop so I don't need an internet connection to have access to my database.
