great job Dave! Pics look awesome. Why (on last room) did you not clean going out of room (all same direction) for a more uniform look? First time i seen someone clean both sides (in opposite direction) then go out thru middle.

Great job, Dave.

Sometimes those stair noses can be a pain in the rear,

but you made them look like new.

50 minutes is also amazing.

yes you can buy a "reverse osmosis" system at lowes or home depot but it will take forever for you to process enough water to do one job. ro system are rated at gpm or gpd and the ones from hd and lowes are for home use as they are in the 10-15 gallon per day range. the unit cobbs sells is in the 1.9 gallons per minute.

thanks for the good words guys..

heat was at 250+ i run a butler with hi heat option and pimped out with all of the green ones toys

i rinse with nothing but ro water..it is the bomb to say the least!!! worth every penny

i charge.40 per sqft and 3.00 per step i usually give a good discount
for empties unless they are trashed then it is no discount but i NEVER
charge more for trashed or spotty carpet.

and yes you can buy a ro system from lowes or hd but as stated you will be
weeks making enough water to use..make the investment in cobbs unit and you
will be a happy man..less chems, no need for rinse chems, carpet actually
stays cleaner longer and feels softer and healthier and you can market yourself
with the ro water because so few people use it because they think it is too expensive.

if i missed any questions just ask them again there wer lots in the thread..

Nice job. Thats a neat carpet to clean....pretty common. I've gone into places like this, with filthy traffic lanes, and noticed that thay always seem to have a home carpet cleaner, using juice right off the shelf. Lots of residue left behind.

Did you have lots of soapy waste water from previous DIY cleaning??

Looks mint, great job. I use cobbs powermaxx too and am very happy with it. I mix mine up nice and hot before every job. I would love to put a ro system in my van but don't think I have much room for anything else?

not too much soapy crap just really ground in and dingy..

i keep my ro system at home in the garage and have a 300 gallon plastic storage tank..
i use a transfer pump to go from the tank to the truck so i always have ready ro water..

Thats cool. I dont have the room in my garage either. lol
Me and a buddy use to have an rodi system hooked up for our salt water fish tanks in his basement, it def would put more out than the home depot stuff but not enough to meet demands of cc.

Nice work Dave. Just admit that the 250 degree high flow was the real key there. The heat I get from the Everest makes cleaning so much easier. I still have plenty of Powerburst, but when I get low I plan on ordering some cobb's powder. The price is good and my source likes it.
