No matter what stage you are in your business, you probably already have a good grasp on whether or not your company will appeal to this mark share. Are you looking to find more of these homes but don't know exactly where to look or how to market? Are you and your company on top of their game in every sense? Do you really have what it takes?

What it takes to serve the very high end.
- How do I define 'High End"?
- House hold income is above 300 k per year. One you breach the referral source for this market you'll actually be exposed to multi millionaires and billionaires on regular basis.(and not all of you will ever be exposed to them based on nothing else but your demographics, Sorry Marty)
- Many if not most, have home managers or interior designers that you'll be working with.
- The home owner is usually not around when the "Cleaner" is performing their services. Exotic vacations or business travel takes up most of their time.
- 5, 10, and 15 thousand dollar upholstered pieces are the norm.
- Tufted rugs are non existent. Hand tied Wool rugs and broadloom carpeting are most common.
- along with lots of very nice exotic woods and stone floors that you better be darn sure to tarp off and not spill your pre spray on.
- Price is never the issue.
