Spin Flex Pads

I was wondering if anyone has ever used spin flex pads to polish terazzo. I was told to run them under a burnisher using water with the first and possibley the second pad and polishing dry on the last two pads.

They work great if you have a propane burnisher. Will you be using a denisfier, it will make the terrazzo harder and give a higher gloss.
