Nice : )

If we get to a 2nd, we will duplicate the first.
Makes things more uniform. Much easier trouble shooting too!

Look who's growing a fleet know. Never would of thought this second one would happen, now in two years to add a third for overflow and a backup.

Yes we do....and you are correct....additional expense, but for convenience of use and knowing you have the proper cleaning tools and chems in both units is FANTASTIC!

Yes we do, when we add them we put the newest stuff on the first trucks to go out and the worn stuff on the last truck out. It does add up but like Mark said it so much nicer to have when you need it. It also saves time switching it back and forth, needing it but not having it.

Yes... but...
If you provide a certain service to only 10 to 15% of your customers, you may just outfit a percentage of your fleet to provide that service. For example, you might clean carpet at 95% of your jobs, but clean hard surfaces at just 20%. One truck gets to be the hard surface truck.

Yes. Pricey? Sure. But THEORETICALLY you will more than be "duplicating" profits since your fixed overhead will now be split between two revenue generating units.

Steve

PS This is ASSUMING you will keep both trucks actually busy with profitable jobs. So this sounds like the old "counter-culture Mikey" that we all know and love is being reluctantly converted into a "manager of people/events"! Wow, pigs are flying are flying in Alabama today.

NOTE: Southwest Airlines only flies ONE model of jet and every single plane they own is IDENTICAL in every detail.
