Spot Dying/ Color Repair

Anybody know anything about a smartphone app that matches the primary colors for you?

I was told it was Color Meter from Google Play Store

However, that app. shows red, green and blue. Not Red, Yellow and Blue.

I suppose the one I found is for matching paint. Not dying carpet.

Color Assist iOS by FTL Apps does RYB color metering. Really good for color repair. However, I don't think they do Android with the new RYB function.
Thank Jim Smith for getting FTL to add the RYB functionality.

The app is a smartphone app, but the app author only added the Red-Yellow-Blue functionality to the iPhone version, at the request of Jim Smith.

Whether they update the Android app is yet to be seen.
