I had a commercial job today cleaning the offices of one of my property managers. Their building has an upper hallway that I have been encapping for the past couple of years. I have been using my trinity phoenix exclusively since I got it but today thought I would use the Sprayborg as a comparison. The Sprayborg is much quieter as it doesn't have the tamping action the phoenix has. Works well but the spray jets are twice the size of the phoenix. Goes through solution quickly and you have to feather it so you don't over apply it. The spray button is much harder on your finger than the trigger lever on the phoenix. The phoenix is noticeably more powerful and faster than the Sprayborg. Overall, even though the Sprayborg is a good machine, the phoenix is just that more powerful and quicker.

you can easily turn off the tamping action.
So far I like the tamping action. Haven't had a noise complaint yet. I am using microfiber pads with it and it works incredible on cgd. I have a big job coming up next week with it. 4 story condo building with long hallways and 3 stairwells. Trinity for the halls and Oreck for the stairs. Will take me half the time I used to take with truck mount and will be a better job.
