Awesome phone. First time I got to play with it. The slide out keyboard really makes it.
It's not much bulkier than the EVO either.
The screen is way better. You can really tel the difference in the AMOLED screen...or whatever it's called.
$250.00 for a "phone" ugh.
I'm a cheap bastard I guess.

I really like the phone although I use 2-3 batteries a day. The screen sucks up alot of juice.
The Email software sucks but downloading K-9 mail solves it. My back button ain't right, it usually has to be pressed 2x, that seems to be a common problem. I never use the slide out keyboard, swipe and voice text is bad ass.

take it back to the store and have them get you a new one.....my back button was weird to...till i was in the store and someone was in there with one, and i saw how easy his worked, and was like heyyyyyy wtf..

Although I am having one of my best months ever, I don't see spending the money when my $49.00 blackberry works really well for email and that's mostly what I need it for.
I can surf some or use the GPS etc and it fits in my pocket.
Havn't butt dialed anyone either.
I don't worry about breaking it etc.
I'm usually not this cheap...maybe I am growing up? :shock:
And hell, I'm on Mikey's Board too much as it is.
Maybe when my contract is up for this phone I will get the coolest phone then.

Yeah, I've looked at both side by side. The screen is better on the epic than the evo.
The slide out keyboard is huge for me.
There is supposed to be some better stuff on the Epic that I don't know of....a geek friend of mine was telling me crap I didn't understand. lol
