Does anyone know what we can do with reviews people left on square credit card readers site? We have had customers leave some on there but as far as I can tell they do us no good, do they link somewhere people can see them?

I have wondered the same thing and contacted them about that. They said there is currently no plugin where you can showcase these on your website... so for now they will just continue to be the best kept secrets

They can't be seen by the public.
You can use them to prequalify reviews and send request for those people to leave a review on other sites
or screenshot them like mike suggested

otherwise it is just a tool to help you monitor customer satisfaction

Email or text. The cool thing is also you can add a picture of tjeir beautiful carpet. Usually that gets them excited. The picture will be added to their review.

You can also do a mass mailing to all the customers that did not leave a review and as a reminder. It also sets up reminders to review as well.
