We have a Square scrub 20 in pivot. We use it with the WAXIE Grout rescue chemical. Im having an issue with the grip face constantly falling off. the chemical/Water ratio isnt off, im not over saturating the floor, and the grip faces are properly put on following the instructions on the Square scrub site. Im at a loss! the old white grip face took almost 2 years before it started tearing. the new grey ones hardly stay on for 1 restroom.
Second issue is the machine is now making a high pitch sound. we just replaced the isolators since the machine was pulling heavy to one side. Would that be a motor issue?

We have contacted our Rep for Waxie about the grip face and i have contacted Square scrub about it and the only answers ive gotten is that we must be putting the grip face on incorrectly. I have followed their replacement video step by step and it still fell off. I am at a loss.
