Staff changes @ Full Circle

Dear Mike, I have had the pleasure of working directly with most of you and your customers for the past three years. I have truly enjoyed watching your companies grow and reap the benefits of Full Circle's wonderful business support team. I am writing to inform you that I will be ending my time with Full Circle September 10, as I continue my career and return to the insurance industry. My passion has always been for customer service and being part of such a strong team here at Full Circle, where there is great pride in high-quality service, has been amazing. I am proud to announce that in my absence, Lupe Dominguez will serve you as the new Customer Relations Manager of Full Circle. Lupe and I have worked closely together throughout my time here. She shares both my enthusiasm for exceptional customer service and drive towards perfection. I am confident that she will make a great fit in her new role with Full Circle.
