Staff meeting day

Today is staff meeting day at 3:00 pm. We usually do a brekky meeting but for this one I am smoking ribs and sausages, baked beans, and making cole slaw. Having it at my house. Put the ribs in the smoker at 7:30 am with the beans and we will be chowing down and havin fun at 3:00. Everyone is clocking out and we will be serving some great wine. Can't wait. I am so blessed to have the greatest people working for me.

For sure Richard! The beans were a hit. I did 4 BIG racks of baby back ribs and some hot Italian sausages. I will never do a staff meeting at 3 pm again. Two extra vacancy urgent jobs had to be done, started a new WDR job, had one guy 40 miles away doing sheet rock that had to quit before the mud was finished, reschedule a WDR job check for tomorrow, and reschedule a finish trim job. But, they all made it back within 15 minutes of the set time so it worked out. The ribs were bone suckin good.
