I have a city hall to do that has some stained concrete, looks like it may have had a sealer or finish put on it. how can i tell what kind of finish? wax or urathane sealer? i tried some prochem tile and grout cleaner scrubed it and ran turbo over it, it looked ok wet but dried about the same as when i started. I am concerend that if it has a finish that if i try to strip it with reg floor striper like bare bones that if it is urathane it will not come off or mess up the stain in the concrete. any ideas or if one of you guys dont mind please give me a cal 256-324-1343 with tips thanks.
