I picked up a coffee house that has stained concrete floors. It has only been
cleaned with a mop for the last 5 yrs. Can I use a brush or should a stick to
pads?, what color pads?, temperature?, PSI's?, Oxyblaster? or will an acid
cleaner etch the floor?
Thank You all for your response.

Treat it like a resilient floor. Assuming the sealer is sound, you can clean it like you are doing a recoat on vct.

No matter what is on it oxyblaster is probably a bad idea. You probably won't needing to clean it up.

Clean with Shorebest 2790 and let it dwell and do a lot of the work for you and then scrub if you like with pads or use the hyper turbo (RX-20) type cleaner/extractor. 2790 is alkaline cleaner great for any hard surface and it does a great job for a low cost.
