You do have to keep it off the tile surface.

Mark Markovic, the inventor of the Turbo Hybrid and my expert, used a stainless brush daily for grout cleaning.

We use those. But for scraping mold from structural components. They work great but I would think a little too wide for grout channels. ???

The stainless wires are 3/4" wide.

They wear much longer than the swivel models.
