What a great little gadget. Joe sent me one the other day and I got a chance to use it today. I have used a regular hook but it's a little awkward. Joe's little gadget really solved that problem. Definitely worth having one. You can also use it in places where a hook won't work. It makes cleaning stairs much easier.

Joe sent me that awhile ago too.... He threw it in the box of stuff I ordered.... The stitching by the clip broke on the first job I used it on... I just tied it in a knot and works good for stairs.... Holding 2.5" hose hanging off the second story, not so well... I tried it with the Zipper like @tmdry said, but it was too humbug.... The Mytee hose wraps are decent, but I hate when the velcro gets stuck to the carpet.... I've even used the cable clamp http://www.cableclamp.com/ (that holds my extension cords) to hold my solution and vac hose together....
