stairs cleaning .

Cleaning hallways in apartment building with 175 and releasit. Wondering of a way of cleaning the stairs without using truckmount. They don't have any bad stains and are not real soiled . Any suggestions?

HWE is faster but if too far a distance we will spray and pad with car buffer.Back in the old days (70's) we used to prevacuum and scrub with pot handled brush and vacuum again with wet vacuum. When you cleaned out the tank it was dirty but mostly wet with foam.

Pad Encapping with a 12" Oreck is a lot easier than using a car buffer.

It does great!!!!! The head pivots to clean the front of the stair and you can do it while standing up. You should give it a try you can pick them up pretty cheep. Great for redos with a few wick-up also.

Makita 9227C w/ rick g's fiber pad followed by his tuways (so it won't tip bloom), post groom w/ horse hair brush.
