We used to do work at Chrysler World Headquarters (now called Stellantis). It was several stories and they had vehicle elevators that we would take our Butler's up to the floor we were working on. They had carbon monoxide scrubbers in the center core area and we were allowed to run our trucks without risk of CO poisoning.

It was a massive job... basically 20,000 to 40,000 square feet per week, ever week and it all had to be done after hours or on the weekend. All that and we weren't making much money on it. We decided after doing it for a while that it just wasn't worth it.

It would be to their benefit to have a portable division. My portable work is as profitable as my truck mount. They could afford to set up a couple of minivan for portables only.
