Steam Genie PTO Blower oil type?

Hello, I have recently purchased a used Hydro Genie PTO unit and now I'm getting it back in shape. It has a 47 U blower and I was wondering if anyone knows what type of oil goes in it? Thanks a bunch!

How much do I need and are those breands avaliable in automotive stores or do I need to order them?

the Gardner Denver Part #28G23 is a straight rip off....HOWEVER if you buy a NEW blower
and change the oil down the road ...they won't cover a warranty witout a reciept for THEIR oil.....
40 wt NON-detergent is just fine!

I use 85wt gear oil ...always have

think about it, the TM is ALWAYS in an environment well above freezing and spends it's whole life running at temps well above 100 degrees
