Sweet tanks. Are you nervous about putting perexollent in it? There was a disclaimer about oxidizers. Don't know how serious that is, but I sure wouldn't one of those things popping on me.

I put Peroxcellent in mine all the time...well not so much anymore.

I can tell you that building one is about $100 or better after all is sed and done...depending on the sprayer you want etc.

But selling them ready made deserves a profit.

I like the way I did it too

I've worked with Pespsi sprayers since Chem-Dry back in the day. They had it on a cart...which wasn't too bad...with an air compressor on it.

I think I like the pump better.

I had it on a cart for a while...but didn't like it too much.

This is what I'm using now and I love it.

Just hook it up to the outside hose and go. As long as the pressure from the house is decent it works like a charm.
I haven't had a problem yet.

I keep the can and 70 psi for back up and had to use it on an apt once. Now I just run fresh water from the can to an injection sprayer...makes clea up a snap.

I'd like to get away from the HF. I get tired of turning the heat up and down to switch from steam to the HF. All the purging in between so the HF doesn't choke up is a pain.

Will the Pepsi sprayer empty the entire 4 gallons with one charge from the compressor?

I always though it was pretty incosistent....slowing near the end etc.

I think it's 4 gallons or less of solution with a gallon or more for compressed air.
It may not empty it completely but it will get yo close.
