I had a customer who was interested in a Zipper Wand that lived a couple of hours away. He met us at our job on Sunday. I gave him a tour of the place, so I figured I would video tape it. I have been asked to do a video of my new AT, so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. The truck is absolutely amazing! I have been running Vortex trucks for years and could never truly dual wand. I was fortunate enough on this job to be able to fill with warm water and maintained temps of 245 +. We ran one Zipper SS and one 12 flow Zipper at 300 and 400 feet each. We brought two trucks and six guys and cleaned 38,000 Sq/Ft.

Thanks Bob! It was hard to tell when we were cleaning, but it was dirty. We clean it three times a year and have been doing it 12 years.

Great account! I was wondering how dirty it was but yes, the picture you attached shows a dramatic difference! Would be a good one to add to your Zipper site and page. 38,000 sq ft. Would be very tough without a Zipper. Glad you invented it :icon_razz:

We did 400,000 sqft last month with the 17" and 15" zippers! They rock!

And now all should KNOW why @Erik spent many many nights, THINKING, DRAWING, DREAMING of a tool that would make his life easier.

Then he did Hours and Hours of cleaning to get the money to put his idea into a mach up model, to then spend HOURS and HOURS testing, tweaking going back and spending more money to get it right.....

Can TONY DANG, ROB ALLEN, OR any OTHER SELF PROCLAIMED RIP OFF ARTIST show you a job HALF the size of this that they actually cleaned before they claim to have the best tool ever created???

How long did it take to clean 38k sf?

And here I am bitching when I have to clean 10-15k sf of carpet.... Since I have 2 Zipper's now, I just need to get another machine running so I can dual wand large jobs...
